Each Player is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
mei4d is required by our international license to verify the identity of all Players through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current identification documents (such as KTP Nasional or Passport, proof of address, and selfie verification) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restrictions on withdrawals.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and other actions taken. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must immediately notify mei4d customer support.
mei4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification (KTP, Passport), proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Verification requests must be fulfilled within 30 days, or your Account may be suspended.
mei4d accepts deposits via Indonesian banks (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. mei4d does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that your deposit instructions are accurate; mei4d is not liable for delays or failed deposits caused by incorrect payment information.
All transactions on the mei4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates beyond our control.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited as an anti-money laundering measure.
mei4d aims to process withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes for verified accounts. However, processing times may be extended up to 24 hours during peak periods, for large withdrawal amounts, or if additional verification is required. First-time withdrawals typically require identity verification before processing.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP tier and payment method. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP members. mei4d reserves the right to split large withdrawal requests into multiple smaller transactions for security and risk management purposes.
mei4d does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
mei4d may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum bet restrictions. These terms are provided when you claim a bonus and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and contribution rates by game type are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements through irregular betting patterns may result in bonus forfeiture.
mei4d reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if we determine that bonus abuse has occurred. Prohibited activities include creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other players, utilizing betting strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or any other form of fraudulent or irregular play. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all funds forfeited.
A bet is considered valid only when confirmed by the mei4d system and a unique transaction reference is generated. mei4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly bets that exceed our liability limits or appear to involve insider information, match-fixing, or other irregular activity.
All sports bets are governed by the official result as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or relocated, standard industry rules apply (typically bets are void if the event does not occur within 48 hours of the original scheduled time). Detailed sports betting rules are available on the Platform and govern settlement of bets on football, basketball, badminton, e-sports, and other sports offered by mei4d.
Casino games and slots provided by third-party game studios operate according to the rules and payout tables published by those providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published where available.
Togel markets are settled based on official draw results from the respective lottery pools (Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hongkong Jockey Club for Togel HK, etc.). Results are posted immediately upon official publication. Bets placed after the official draw time are void. Disputes regarding results will be resolved by reference to the official lottery operator's published results.
mei4d reserves the right to void bets or correct settlements if an obvious error has occurred, including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction, bets accepted after an event has started when they should have been closed, or results settled incorrectly due to human or system error. In such cases, your Account balance will be adjusted accordingly.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance (subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements). Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened at our discretion, subject to cooling-off periods if closure was requested as part of a self-exclusion.
mei4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, created multiple accounts, abused bonuses, provided false information, engaged in money laundering or other illegal activity, or participated in any form of collusion or cheating. In such cases, we may confiscate all funds in your Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month for inactive accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before any such fees are applied.
All content on the mei4d Platform including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and user interface design is the property of mei4d or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mei4d and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mei4d and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Platform; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mei4d is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by our licensing authority, unless such arbitration is prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against mei4d. Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
mei4d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
